With the Christchurch Civil Construction sector set for a massive 2026, we're on the hunt for experienced Machine Operators to join the ever-growing list of projects across the region. The right candidate will have the ability to operate a variety of heavy machinery, including loaders, dump trucks, bull bulldozers and/ or excavators for precision work, be able to jump on a shovel when required and carry out the role safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for:

• Previous Experience in Construction or Civil
• Experience operating heavy machinery i.e. Excavators, bulldozers, rollers, dump trucks etc
• Full Clean Class 1 and 2 licence with WTR (4 would be advantageous)
• Strong work ethic with good communication skills
• Competent with Health and Safety procedures
