Experienced Front of House (Full-time & Part-time)

The award-winning team that brought you King of Snake, Botanic & ROCA is seeking Front of House staff for our French restaurant on Level 1 of Oxford Terrace.

We are seeking Front of House staff to be part of the HUGO team.

As a member of the Front of House team at HUGO, you will:

• Provide an excellent level of customer service
• Serve guests - being responsible for engaging with our valued guests & team in a positive & professional way.
• Work behind the bar and/or on the floor.

These positions are competitively remunerated. We have flexibility with full-time & part-time positions available. Working on weekends is non-negotiable.

Knowledge of French wine and/or cuisine is a bonus.

• Have excellent personal presentation
