Other details of the role:

• Ordinary hours - 45 hours per week (30 hours minimum guaranteed)
• Job Description - The Leading Hand role is responsible for all operations while on site. A leading Hand is the Company’s representative managing client relationships or working productively with the Foreman and managing staff on site to ensure the jobs are completed to time. This role will be responsible for carrying out any requests by the Supervisors or Operations Managers to ensure the job is completed efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for ensuring that the crew works to maximum efficiency and client requirements are being met. You will also lead and implement all safety initiatives and policies.
• This is a full-time position. Regular hours are 7am – 4:30pm, Mon – Fri, with potential for over-time.
