Foreman - Civil Structures

We’re looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to lead civil structural works across Hawkes Bay.
If you’ve got strong experience in bridges, piling, retaining walls and reinforced concrete — and you know how to run a crew safely and efficiently — we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the front.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising crews on structural civil projects
- Delivering bridge works and heavy concrete structures
- Managing retaining walls and piling operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, plant and materials
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Leading health & safety on site
- Proven experience in civil structural construction
- Experience with bridges, piling and reinforced concrete
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to interpret plans and specifications
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
