We have an "electrifying" opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing BYD team in Epsom - New Zealand's biggest BYD flagship store.

BYD is the fastest-growing car manufacturer in the world, and our momentum is building fast. With six models already available in NZ, four more arriving in early 2026, and more still to come, there has never been a better time to join the team.

With the hugely successful launch of the BYD Shark, the brand's first plug-in hybrid ute, BYD has cemented itself as a serious player in the local EV and hybrid market - attracting high demand from both private and fleet buyers.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle sales, but we're also open to sales professionals from other industries who are motivated, passionate, and ready to learn. If you're enthusiastic about cars, sustainability, and new technology - you'll fit right in.

We're especially looking for someone who offers:
  • Proven sales ability and a drive to succeed
  • Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with a wide range of people
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage in this role but not essential

Weekend work is required, but we operate a fair five-day roster.
