About the Role

We are looking for an experienced registered Social Worker interested in working in our community based mental health team. We are looking for a highly motivated clinician to work with our existing multi disciplinary team and bring added value to their role.
You will be able to provide case management, deliver effective evidence based treatment strategies for your clients and work collaboratively with other team members and services. This role can also include crisis work within office hours.
Supervision and support will be available and positive learning opportunities given. Mental Health Services in Wairarapa have developed a Community based model of service delivery underpinned by a philosophy of recovery and a client centered approach.
This is a permanent, 0.8 FTE position working 64 hours per fortnight, Monday to Thursday.
About the Team/Service/ Location
This role will be based at the Wairarapa Hospital in Masterton. However, this role is part of the wider Wellington MHAIDS service, and all MHAIDS employees are centrally contracted

About you- NZ Registered Social Worker with current Annual Practicing Certificate.
- Current full NZ driver's license with ability to drive a manual and automatic car.
