**What the Role Looks Like**

As part of our expanding team with Olam Food Ingredients (OFI), we are seeking skilled and enthusiastic drivers who will become key players in our milk collection operation.

These roles will be based in **Tokoroa** . You’ll be at the forefront, greeting farmers at the gate, ensuring every collection is smooth, safe, and ensuring top-quality service and compliance is delivered at all times.

From gravel tracks to rural roads, your driving expertise will ensure we deliver excellence every time.

**Work Pattern**

A mixture of the following type of positions:

Full-time, *permanent* roles with a rotating 3/3/3 roster:

• **3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off**
• **Average shift**: 10–12 hours

Full-time, *fixed term* roles with a rotating 3/3/3 roster:

• **3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off**
• **Average shift**: 10-12 hours

• Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience.
• Confidence navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain.
• Day and night shift experience – you’re flexible and reliable.
• A knack for learning new technology – show us your adaptability!
