Payroll Data Analyst
Contract: Permanent, full-time
About the role
We have a vacancy for an experienced Payroll Data Analyst with a good knowledge of SQL reporting and well-developed analytical skills. Must be competent in computer based reporting using a range of packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel. Experience in SSRS would be an advantage and understanding of key HR information areas such as: payroll, demographics, remuneration and metrics, workforce planning/profiling.Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to identify key issues and develop appropriate solutions.
About our team/Service
We provide payroll services for both Hutt Valley and Wairarapa Hospitals. We process pays for approximately 2400 employees at Hutt Valley and 650 employees at Wairarapa. We work closely with management and their employees and are supported by and work closely with other areas of the organisation such as Finance, Human Resources and Information Services.The salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000
You will be part of a very friendly and supportive team, working in modern offices in Central Lower Hutt
About you
We are looking for someone ready to take on a new challenge or progress their career in data analytics. You will have the ability to work as part of the team in a sometimes-pressured environment. Experience with a Payroll HRMIS system would be preferable and knowledge of the Heath Sector desirable but not essential.
