Part-Time Cleaning & Office Support Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, well-presented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team in a permanent role, working across two New Plymouth sites.

This position offers set weekly hours, with flexible start times between 1pm and 9pm. Work is split between Welbourn and Westown, and includes 30 minutes of paid travel time.

Position Details:

• Permanent part-time role
• 2.5 hours per day, 5 days a week
• 2.5 hours per day, 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
• Flexible working hours between 1pm–9pm
• Two sites: Welbourn ? Westown
• 30 minutes paid travel between locations
• Ongoing casual hours may also be available for those wanting extra work

Duties Include:

• Cleaning Tasks (Light Duties):
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Wiping surfaces and general tidying
• Maintaining office and shared areas

Administrative Tasks:

• Organising and distributing mail
• Stock checks and stock ordering
• Overseeing and checking cleaning completed by other staff

About You:

• Reasonably fit and able to handle light cleaning tasks
• Well-presented and professional
• Comfortable working in an office situation around clients
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Valid NZ driver’s licence required
• Reliable transport required
