Part Time Customer Service Desk Team Member

Dealing with customer and team enquiries, telephone calls, finance, special orders and checkouts, you will thrive on contact with people and take great pleasure in providing great service, problem solving and organising all the things that keep our checkouts ticking over.
The customer service team deliver a lasting impression of our business and the person we seek must have the ability to remain cool under pressure and be able to think on their feet.
This is a part time role, 24 hours per week, rostered days of work are Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
To be successful you must have:
- passion for providing excellent customer service
- enthusiasm and team spirit
- be a detail minded self-starter
- be able to multi-task, and have the ability to follow through and follow up situations in a timely manner
- experience working with a POS system (specific training given)
- a can do attitude, an action orientated person with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, computer savvy and organised
