What We Offer- Pay rate: $28.25 per hour
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Supportive, friendly work environment
- A minimum of 30 hours per week on a rotating roster (AM, PM, weekends, and night shifts)
- Immediate start available
- NZQA Level 4 qualification in Health & Wellbeing (or equivalent), or at least 3 years of relevant caregiving experience
- Capable, or willing to be trained, to manage challenging behaviours
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Must be available for night shifts
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong team player
- Flexible, with reliable transport
- Punctual, reliable, and honest
- Provide personal care and daily living support with dignity and respect
- Assist residents with mobility, following individual care plans
- Maintain accurate healthcare documentation
- Encourage and support residents to participate in social activities
- Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and homely environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies
