Experienced Gardener plus mow operator

About the Role
Entire Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Technician to maintain residential and commercial properties to a high standard. This role suits someone with strong horticultural knowledge, practical experience, and a reliable work ethic.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Lawn mowing, edging, and line trimming
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Weeding garden beds and hard surfaces
- Planting, mulching, and general landscape care
- Green waste removal and site clean-up
- Safe operation and maintenance of garden equipment
- Driving company vehicles, including towing trailers
- Manual handling and physically demanding outdoor work
- Working efficiently in all weather conditions
- Maintaining a professional and tidy appearance at client sites
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on garden or horticulture experience
- Recognised NZ certification in horticulture, agriculture, or garden maintenance
- Grow Safe certification (or equivalent NZ-approved agrichemical certification)
- Strong plant knowledge and pruning skills
- Confident driving a manual vehicle and towing a trailer
- Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-3pm (shorter finish)
