About the Role
As part of the firm’s succession planning, for the right CA qualified person, this role offers a leadership position with the potential for ownership and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our practice. Ongoing professional development, mentoring and support are guaranteed.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of taxation and accounting principles gained through recent experience, strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a proactive, client-centric mindset.
You will be an advisor to an established client portfolio, supported by a stable, enthusiastic and experienced team. Meeting with clients, reviewing staff work, continually upskilling and inspiring the team are key requirements of the role.

Masterton is the largest town in the Wairarapa with an urban population of 22,500, located 100 kms north-east of Wellington city.
