Construction and Technical recruitment (CTR) are working with a well established contractor who provide high quality solutions to their clients. With a superb reputation in the market, they have an excellent forward work flow and projects locked in for the start of 2025/26.

This client has a number of active sites and with more projects coming in they are ramping up and this has provided an open vacancy for an Intermediate or senior level Quantity Surveyor. With offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, you can pick your location.

You will be involved from the post contract stage of a project, helping take a scheme through to the final accounts stage. Although working under your own steam, you will have the support of a senior staff to assist where needed.

You will be working on a mix of construction projects, from industrial to commercial schemes, on projects from $20m to over $100m. With work flow starting to build up and exciting projects coming up, you will not be bored.

• Related Construction Qualification
• 4 - 6 years experience min (Main Contractor)
• Good contract understanding
• Ability to process claims and variations
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• New Zealand side travel
