Security Operations Manager Wellington
Allied Security is a privately owned, nationwide company delivering security services to a wide range of customers for over 28 years.
This role is an opportunity to join NZ's leading Security provider.
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of service across our client base, whilst supporting our Operations team as part of their daily duties.
This role is dedicated to a Blue Chip client in the Wellington region.
The role is Monday to Friday with after hours and weekend cover due to the nature of the role and security business.
Experience in managing staff is essential along with the ability to lead a team to ensure high levels of service.
The successful applicant will be providing and developing skills in the following areas- Staff management and development.
- Recruitment and HR management.
- Client Liaison and Management.
- Training and development.
- Rostering
- Daily/Weekly Reports
- Customer Service Experience
- Security License or Ability to obtain one (no criminal convictions in last 7 years)
- High Level of personal presentation
- Ability to work in a wider team of a dynamic fast-moving business.
- Relevant computer skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Full NZ Drivers License
- Be active and physically mobile
- Ability to maintain and develop stakeholder relations
