Part-Time Admin Whizz

About the Role:
This part-time office- based role is Thursday and Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with potential to expand to 3 days. You’ll support our team by keeping our operations running smoothly and customers well looked after, while also helping us improve how we do things day to day.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting Job scheduling and customer coordination using Job Management System - Simpro knowledge an advantage
- Setting up and managing maintenance plans, service reminders, and job follow-ups
- Administering and streamlining Outlook 365 inboxes and calendars for tech staff
- Assist with creating customer email campaigns and updates using Mailchimp
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations in Xero
- Supporting content creation and digital communication
- Identifying and implementing system processes and automation to improve workflow and admin efficiency
- Providing professional and friendly customer service via phone and email
- General admin and tech team support across the board
- Experienced in trade-based admin would be an advantage, scheduling, or coordination roles
- Comfortable using Simpro, Xero, Mailchimp, and Outlook 365
- Sharp eye for detail – you’ll spot mistakes before they happen
- Confident working with digital systems, and eager to improve and automate processes
- Reliable, proactive, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks with calm professionalism
- Friendly and approachable – you know how to build rapport with customers and team members
