Part-time Admin Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our clients team. This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 12pm (with the possibility of additional hours). The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance and be confident managing a range of administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll processing and employee records
- Complete banking and credit card reconciliations
- Oversee ceridtors and debtors management
- Handle monthly GST filing and reporting
- Assist with yearly insurance administration and asset register updates
- Experienced in accounting or finance administration
- Confident with numbers and financial procsses
- Reliable, flexible, and highly detail-oriented
- Able to start immediately
