Part-time Admin Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our clients team. This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 12pm (with the possibility of additional hours). The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance and be confident managing a range of administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing and employee records
  • Complete banking and credit card reconciliations
  • Oversee ceridtors and debtors management
  • Handle monthly GST filing and reporting
  • Assist with yearly insurance administration and asset register updates
About You:
  • Experienced in accounting or finance administration
  • Confident with numbers and financial procsses
  • Reliable, flexible, and highly detail-oriented
  • Able to start immediately
