About the Role

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waitemata is seeking a highly skills and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), Lead Colposcopy Nurse to lead the colposcopy services within our Women's Health Service. The CNS Colposcopy plays a crucial role in the success of the cervical screening program and ensuring that women in New Zealand receive high-quality and equitable care.

As CNS Colposcopy Lead Nurse, you will:

Provide leadership and guidance as the National Cervical Screening Programme Lead Nurse to improve the service across our rohe.
Provide support of cervical screening practices, assessment and management.
Lead case management for complex presentations.
Champion quality improvement and service development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Contribute to clinical education, audit, and policy development.

About you

You are a Registered Nurse with:

A current New Zealand practising certificate.
A Postgraduate Diploma in specialty nursing (including advanced assessment and diagnostic reasoning).
Progress toward or completion of a Master's in Advanced Nursing Practice.
RN Level 4 or equivalent, with a strong portfolio.

Experience in Women's Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, or Primary Care.
