We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Body Corporate Administrator to manage a small, mixed-use complex of 12 residential/commercial units in Ngauranga. This is a flexible, work-from-home role ideal for someone based in the Wellington region.
>Key Responsibilities: Basic bookkeeping and invoice/account payments
Preparing agendas and documentation for the Annual General Meeting (held in person once a year in Wellington)General administrative duties related to body corporate management
>Requirements: Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Excel, and Xero
Strong organisational and communication skillsBased in or near Wellington for the annual in-person meeting
Prior experience in property or body corporate administration is a plus
