Automotive CRM Team - Call Center Member

In this role, you will work as part of a team to book services, direct call traffic to departments, and create outbound booking calls.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments
• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule service appointments
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or person
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote our products and services
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and departmental goals are met
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Proficient in English language, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help people
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus (but not required)
• Availability to work standard work week hours, no evening or weekends required!
