As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional clinic experience.
You will manage reception duties, coordinate bookings, and support the daily operations of our Parnell clinic while maintaining the high service standard Aqua Viva is known for.- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage bookings, schedules, phone calls, and enquiries
- Maintain a well-presented reception and waiting area
- Process payments and support administrative tasks
- Assist with patient coordination and documentation
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Skills & Experience
- Experience in reception, front-of-house, or customer service (medical preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and customer care
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Confidence using booking systems and digital tools
