We're on the hunt for a confident and highly organised Customer Success & Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy office team. This is not your typical desk job. You'll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being the friendly voice our customers trust to get their moves scheduled perfectly.

You'll manage customer inquiries, book jobs, and work closely with our team to ensure everything is on track and running to schedule.

This will include:
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and follow up on leads with professionalism and confidence.
  • Building rapport with customers, answering questions, and clearly explaining our services.
  • Scheduling jobs and coordinating rosters, ensuring seamless execution of all bookings.
  • Liaising with the moving team to keep things running on time and quickly resolving any scheduling issues.
  • Keeping accurate records and staying on top of multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Providing exceptional service, ensuring customers feel heard and valued throughout their experience.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be:
  • A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and making them feel at ease.
  • Incredibly organised, detail-oriented, and love ticking off tasks on your to-do list.
  • Confident on the phone and know how to close the deal when necessary.
  • Experienced in customer service, sales, or scheduling (bonus points if you've worked in a similar industry!).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and love variety in your day-to-day
