Cleaning Supervisor - start and finish times may vary each day but all hours are Monday to Friday and being available to work early evening is a must! A competitive package can be offered to the right person including a company car.

The role of Cleaning Supervisor is a crucial and valued role within our business. This role could suit an experienced/excellent cleaner who wants to move into a supervisor/training role working closely with our administration team.
About the role:- Staff training and staff visits
- Quality Assurance visits to clients and sites
- General operational duties at our depot including working with product and equipment
- Cover cleaning for staff on annual or sick leave
- Generally providing the vital link between our cleaning staff and the business as a whole.
- Can demonstrate reliability, integrity and resilience in your previous work experiences
- Have experience in a similar role or in commercial cleaning
- Have a positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
- Have excellent organisational skills with great ability to prioritise and manage time
- Have excellent relationship skills - you'll be able to talk to staff and clients in a respectful and professional manner
- Have the ability to identify and contribute new ways to improve our services and systems
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test and police check.
