About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position (25 hours/week, Monday to Friday). You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth running of the centre so our teaching team can focus on providing high-quality education.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent service to our whanau
- Managing enrolments, parent queries, and bookings
- Processing payments and direct debits
- Maintaining accurate financial records and deadlines
- Using systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Supporting with general administration
- Occasionally spending time with tamariki
You'll also be supported by our National Admin Support Team, with training and guidance around Ministry of Education requirements provided as part of your induction.
