Night Shift Leading Hand Wanted in West Auckland – Must be Strong & Reliable

Are you physically fit, strong, and ready to work the night shift? Are you a born leader wanting to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable and strong night shift leading hand to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely lift and move heavy kegs (up to 60kg)
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Manage the night shift team
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Problem Solving
• Work well with key members of senior leadership team
• Shift from 10pm - 7am

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive night shift role is a plus
• Strong reliability and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be available for night shifts
• Proven leadership skills
• Administration skills is a bonus
