We specialize in premium tractors and machinery, trusted servicing, and a well-stocked parts department. Alongside this, we offer a full engineering department and workshop, on-road and onsite hydraulics expertise through our partners Pirtek.
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our dedicated team.________________________________________
About the RoleAs a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Perform field-based and workshop servicing, repairs, diagnostics, maintenance and assembly, PDI of new machines and equipment
- Work with world-class machinery brands such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, Pottinger, Joskin, and more.
- Enjoy variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers across Taranaki.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, the ability to work in a close team environment, and drive to deliver timely, high-quality results.
- Good computer skills, including OEM diagnostic software (or willingness to learn).
- Heavy automotive trade qualification and/or 3+ years’ experience servicing and repairing heavy machinery.
- Strong technical ability and confidence diagnosing complex faults.
- High standards of mechanical workmanship and pride in delivering quality service.
- Ability to complete job documentation accurately and on time.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
