Join Our Team as Customer Care Representative.

The day to day work will see you represent AMI MotorHub and play a crucial role in customer satisfaction. Your role is vital as the main point of contact.

The role is part time with working hours of 7.30am – 2.00pm .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer documents
  • Manage assessment appointments
  • Communicate warmly with customers
  • Promote Warrant of Fitness and vehicle servicing
  • Assist in assessments and repairs
  • Support estimators with vehicle assessments
  • Coordinate services with partners
  • Provide mobility solutions and paperwork
  • Address customer inquiries
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle status
  • Inspect returned hire cars and handle payments
  • Conduct customer surveys for feedback

About You

We seek candidates who have:
  • Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of customer care experience in the automotive repair or related industry
  • Demonstrated customer care skills
  • A valid driver’s license
