LBP Contractor Wanted – Lead Carpenter | Soul Trade Builders | Wellington Region

Soul Trade Builders is on the lookout for an experienced, motivated Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) to join our team as a contractor. We're a values-driven, quality-focused crew working on a range of residential and light commercial projects across the Wellington region.

What we're looking for:

Confidence leading a team and running jobs on-site

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable, self-motivated and takes pride in a job well done

Own tools and vehicle essential

Must hold current LBP licence

What we offer:

$50–$55/hour (contract rate, depending on experience)
