• Helping keep sites looking sharp (prep + clean-up)
• Using tools and gear without turning them into modern art
• Backing up tradies and machine operators like a legend
• Sticking to Health & Safety rules (no cowboy stunts here)

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test (non-negotiable)
• Full Class 1 licence? Sweet. Not essential though.
• WTR endorsement? Even sweeter.
• SiteSafe ticket gets you a head start.
• Flexibility with hours + days - because no two sites are the same.
• A good attitude and the ability to work solo or with the crew.
