Join a well-established (almost 20 years young) and expanding consultancy based in the beautiful Warkworth township — just a short 30-minute drive from Albany.
We are looking for someone to take over from another of the team members, as the team are getting very busy very fast and we need another set of hands! At this stage we need someone ASAP until the end of November, but that may change depending on the demand.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in:
- Advising clients on recruitment strategies.
- Managing end to end recruitment.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the wider team.
- If you are an experienced RC, you know what you need to do...
- An experienced Recruitment Consultant- min 3 years experience in agencies.
- IT savvy- ATS exp, Pipedrive CRM exp would be an advantage, use of AI and open to using AI like its your right hand (without losing the human touch)
- Proven success in delivery top quality results for your clients
- Confidence in picking up the phone to call existing clients and discuss future recruitment opportunities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and team-first approach.
