Electrical Service Technician - Auckland - ref. u9614815

Pay: $28-$35 p/hr

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our team in the Roading and infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fire alarm/security/cctv systems and be committed to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical systems that support our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm, security and CCTV systems within roading and infrastructure projects.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure system compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems, providing accurate reports on maintenance and repairs.
• Perform emergency repairs and system upgrades as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Service Technician or similar role, particularly in the fire alarm, security and CCTV systems sectors.
• Hold a valid EST.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Traffic management tickets would be advantageous.
• EWP, WAH tickets.
