What You'll Be Doing: Learn or apply your skills in machine operation and general labouring in our Water department
Get hands-on experience on projects that matter – from installing pipelines to prepping and maintaining worksitesUse leading technology and equipment to deliver high-quality work
Complete important site documentation and follow safety procedures
Work alongside experienced crew members who will support and mentor you
Contribute to a positive, safety-focused, team environment
What We’re Looking For: A great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to get stuck in
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditionsA Full Class 1 NZ Driver’s Licence (or close to getting one)
WTR, First Aid, or Traffic Management experience/certs are a bonus – but not essential for trainees
Strong work ethic and good communication skills
