On offer is a base salary plus bonuses for 26 - 30hrs per week. The salary/ hours are expected to increase with the increase in the portfolio. An ideal candidate will have capacity to work full-time in the near future. Looking for applicants able to start June/July 2025.

Qualifications & experience
  • Certificate in Residential Property Management (not essential)
  • 1.5+ years experience in the property management industry
  • Being a highly competent communicator and computer literate
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Communicate with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent payments, and property-related issues.
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and property standards.
  • Advertise and market vacant properties to attract prospective tenants.
  • Screen potential tenants through background checks and rental history verification.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met.
  • Develop relationships with contractors and service providers for repairs and improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to leases, inspections, and tenant communications.
  • Regularly communicate with property owners or stakeholders, providing updates on property performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new regulations.
