Who is Arrow Refrigeration?

Arrow is a family-owned business with a close-knit team based on Auckland’s North Shore. We’ve been in the game since 1992, providing commercial refrigeration sales, service, rental and fleet management to a wide range of customers ranging from recognisable FMCG manufacturers to your corner dairy or favourite food truck.

About the Role

We’re creating a brand-new full-time (Monday to Friday) 3PL role to support our FMCG customers and want an experienced, hands-on warehouse professional to take charge of day-to-day operations. This is a practical role where you’ll run the full warehouse process end-to-end - from receiving stock and dispatching orders to leading stocktakes and storage logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who likes to get stuck in, is looking for a role with real responsibility and can confidently manage a warehouse function end-to-end.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing the full storage plan.
  • Coordinating stock transfers.
  • Receipting and storing incoming goods.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing courier/freight orders.
  • Booking and arranging freight movements.
  • Leading cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory checks.
  • Keeping accurate stock records and reporting.
  • Issuing company stock, placing replenishment orders, and managing stock levels.
  • Assisting the refrigeration team if required.
  • General warehouse duties and maintaining a tidy, safe work area

Who we’re after

We’re looking for someone who is organised and adaptable, self-motivated with a positive attitude and can deal with multiple responsibilities in their stride. To be successful in the role, you’ll bring:

  • Solid warehouse/despatch/3PL and forklift experience.
  • Good attention to detail - accuracy matters.
  • Able to work independently, build good relationships and keep things organised.
  • Confidence working with technology and systems (e.g. Microsoft 365 and Excel).
  • Experience with MYOB ERP systems (beneficial but not essential).
  • Clear communicator who can work with customers and suppliers and is fluent in English.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
  • Forklift licence (preferred).
  • A problem-solving, can-do mindset and a willingness to take on new and varied tasks.
