Based in Sydenham, Christchurch, our warehouse and retail teams work together to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service to customers across the country.
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Assistant to join our warehouse team and help maintain smooth, efficient operations across picking, dispatch, inwards goods, and showroom support.
About the role
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time, stock is managed effectively, and the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organised. You’ll also support the showroom team during busy periods, learning product locations and offering great customer service when needed.
What you’ll be doingPick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time
Process inwards goods and maintain correct stock locations
Replenish shelves and support rolling stocktakes
Keep warehouse areas clean, safe and well organised
Assist with print/embroidery tasks and general warehouse duties
Provide backup support to the showroom and customer service team when required
Follow all health & safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe workplace
What we’re looking for
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred)Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Physically fit and able to safely lift and handle stock
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
AP certification for container unloading (or willingness to obtain)
Restricted or full NZ licence
A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
