Are you a compassionate, reliable, and confident individual with a heart for helping others? We're looking for a Male Support Worker to join our client's care team, providing personal care, companionship, and everyday encouragement.
About the Role:You'll be supporting a male client recover. Your role will be key in helping him regain confidence, maintain his independence, and enjoy life to the fullest. Part of your role will include driving a Mercedes Sprinter van, so a valid license and driving experience are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care routines
- Provide daily companionship and emotional support
- Help encourage and accompany the client on outings
- Drive the client's Sprinter van safely to and from appointments or activities
- Support general wellbeing and daily routines
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for caregiving
- Prior experience with stroke or physical disability support is a plus
- Comfortable with personal care tasks
- Confident driver with a clean license
- Positive, patient, and proactive attitude
