About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive with strong digital skills and a passion for live events. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive success for Ticketek’s clients by activating campaigns across some of New Zealand’s largest owned marketing channels.
You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and Client Service Managers to develop and execute tailored marketing plans for a wide range of events across NZ, tracking performance and working towards key campaign goals.

Requirements
What does a day in the life look like?
As Marketing Executive, your role will be:
- Develop and execute tailored and comprehensive marketing strategies for Ticketek clients to meet commercial objectives
- Analyse ticket sales trends and apply insights to ensure marketing plan continues to maximise sales
- Strong execution of eDM creation, delivery, and metrics tracking
- Manage delivery of materials as required
- Share marketing plans with TEG Team and external stakeholders
- Be the key point of contact for clients, seeking direction, assets & approvals as required
- Optimising digital campaigns and ensuring content is maximised across own channels
- Post campaign reporting
About you
Essential Skills and Experience- Min. 2 years marketing experience
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Relevant degree and/or business qualification preferred
- Strong well-rounded experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
- Highly organised & self-motivated with the ability to develop and follow-up on plans
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Commercially-minded with an understanding of business needs and financial performance drivers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and balance time across multiple events, partner relationships, and internal initiatives on a daily basis
- High attention to detail and professionalism, even whilst working under pressure and delivering against deadlines
- Passion for sport and the live entertainment industry
- Enjoy attending live events
