Production Technician - Hamilton

PERSOL is currently looking for experienced **Production Technicians** for a quality-focused manufacturing environment in Hamilton.
This role would suit someone from a **pharmaceutical, GMP, food-grade, dairy, nutraceutical, FMCG, chemical blending, packing, filling, or machine operation** background.
About the Role
You will be involved in hands-on production work, including:
- Operating production machinery
- Filling, packing, mixing, or blending
- Following SOPs and batch paperwork
- Completing quality checks
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting production targets
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and physically fit
- Confident following instructions
- Quality and safety focused
- Able to work in a team environment
- Pharmaceutical / GMP
