The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaper to take on a leading role within our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a wide range of landscaping abilities to help drive our projects to success.

• Oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and lead a small team, providing guidance, support, and training where needed.
• Carry out hands-on landscaping tasks, including paving, building decks, planting, installing garden irrigation, and more.
• Operate machinery such as diggers and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other contractors to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience in landscaping, with strong skills in hardscape and softscape installation (e.g., paving, decking, irrigation).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role, or the desire to step into a leadership position.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
• Full, clean driver’s license is essential.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Motivated, organized, and with a keen eye for detail.
• Additional skills in horticulture, building, or machinery operation will be advantageous.
