About the RoleThis role plays a key part to ensuring the smooth administration of outsourced patient care.Key responsibilitiesReconciliation of patient informationMaintaining accurate data records including admitting and discharging patientsCoordinating with booking clerks and nursesTracking, filing, and processing invoices for various providers including outsourced medical services .Organising and maintaining patient notes for outsourced providersProviding backup support to the whole outsourcing team as required Click here to view the position description.

About the Team/ServiceYou will be joining a team of Outsourcing administrators who work closely with clinical services, booking teams, external providers, and the Regional Planned Care Team. The team works collaboratively to deliver outsourced patient care in line with regional priorities, with a strong focus on teamwork, accurate administration, and timely patient outcomes.
