Ara Kaiarahitanga | Leadership Development Centre (LDC) is seeking applications for an Assistant Advisor Leadership Development role.LDC is focused on creating great leaders, united around a spirit of service and skilled in working together to achieve positive results.

Our work supports consistent learning experiences across the public service to build strong leadership capabilities and encourage shared mindsets in our leaders.This permanent role and would be suited to someone who can organise and coordinate the delivery of a wide range of face-to-face and virtual learning events as part of a busy and supportive team.Are you?Details focusedOrganised and passionate about getting the details rightGood at creating and following processesTech savvy and willing to learn new digital toolsComfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, andCurious, agile, adaptable and resilient?Do you have?A relevant qualification or experience coordinating events, programmes and/or workshopsExpertise dealing with customers and providing great customer serviceStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenDigital skills and knowledge of IT systems and applications, especially MS officeKnowledge of tikanga Māori and te ao Māori or te reo is an advantage.About the team: As a business unit within the Te Kawa Mataaho, Public Service Commission, LDC is the primary delivery vehicle for system-wide leadership development.
