This role is within a clinical environment, and as an exceptional team player you will need to be able to take instruction and direction from the nurses on the ward or service, whilst having a helpful and team-focused approach to making a real difference to the patients under our care.As a Health Care Assistant you will be involved in the following:Supporting our nurses and other members of the health care teamPatient supervision and/or movementPatient care, as requiredStock reconciliationWard maintenancePatient watch, with one-on-one care as requiredShifts are based on a rotating roster, Monday to SundayHours can be across all shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekendsSee position descriptionAbout usTe Whatu Ora
