Butcher - Part Time

BUTCHER - PART TIME

You will be working with an experienced team who are passionate about delivering the highest quality cuts of meat as well as excellent customer service. This is a Part Time role.

THE ROLE:

• Cut and present meat to a high standard which appeals to our customers
• Assisting in the traying up of meat as required.
• Ensuring the meat cases and freezers are appropriately stocked and relevant merchandising standards are maintained at all times
• Correctly & efficiently breaking down carcasses to maximize the various cuts with little waste
• Adhering to food safety and health & safety requirements

• Qualified Butcher (or proven experience)
• Reliable, honest a good team player
• Attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand

HOURS:

Sunday and Monday, 5am-1.30pm = 16hrs
