This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with precision, takes pride in doing things right the first time, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring processes, and troubleshooting technical issues - all while ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and dispensing raw materials, manufacturing bulk solutions, and setting up equipment.
- Operating equipment to fill IV bags, ampoules, and bottles following SOPs in compliance with GMP standards.
- Performing in-process checks and visual inspections to maintain quality.
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and production areas to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Packaging, labelling, and sealing products accurately and efficiently.
- Completing documentation and maintaining accurate records for all activities.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or certification in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field (science graduates preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
