Rebounding Studio Instructor
You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and motivating rebound fitness classes to our growing community. This position offers the perfect balance of work and personal time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Instruct Group Fitness Classes:
o Develop and lead a variety of group fitness classes such as: Cardio
Strength TrainingHIIT
o Ensure proper class format, music selection, and equipment setup.
o Motivate and encourage participants throughout the class.
o Monitor participant form and provide corrections as needed.
o Create a positive and inclusive class environment.
- Provide Consultation and Support:
o Assess participant fitness levels and adapt programmes accordingly.
o Motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals.o Advise participants on topics such as exercise techniques, and equipment usage.
o Answer participant questions and provide support.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment:
o Ensure the fitness area is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
o Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safety.o Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Promote Fitness Programs:
o Participate in promotional events and activities.
o Assist with brand growth and awareness.o Provide information about fitness programs to participants.
- Maintain Professionalism:
o Always maintain a professional and positive attitude.
o Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and participants.o Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education:
o Further education in sport, health or fitness (or related field) preferred.
o Rebounding Certification: We will provide the opportunity for successful candidates to complete a relevant rebounding certification course.- Experience:
o Experience with a variety of fitness modalities preferred.
- Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Excellent customer service skills.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o First Aid/CPR certification beneficial.
Physical Demands:- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
- Ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
