About Us:
We work in partnership with our local community, giving our children opportunities to make meaningful connections, understand their place in the community, and build a relationship with the Tuwharetoa land around them.
One of our favourite things is to get out and about and be busy! We offer a range of external experiences such as monthly visits from Kids Bike Taupo to support children's bike riding skills, planned school visits for our 4-year-olds to zoned primary schools, yearly performances in the Tuwharetoa Kapa Haka Festival (Taiopenga Tuwharetoa)
About the Role:
We are looking for a caring, energetic and committed Caregiver to join our passionate team. This is a permanent, 20-hour-per-week position working with under 2s.
In this role, you'll play a key part in nurturing children's development and wellbeing ensuring they feel safe, supported, and loved every day. You'll help them succeed through meaningful interactions, warm relationships, and responsive care.

Who You Are:
- Passionate about working with young children
- Kind, respectful, and great at building relationships
- A positive team player who communicates openly and honestly
- Experienced in caregiving or early childhood (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible and ready to support where needed
