Fixed Term Duty Manager - Christchurch

We are seeking a personnel with good work ethics and experience to assist the manager in the operations of the store.

1. Ensuring that customers are served satisfactorily up to a good standard.
2. Ensure that the store complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (2012) and the terms of the license.
3. Operate cash registers, scanners and point-of-sale (Pos) systems/terminals.
4. Help drive and improve client awareness of the most recent deals and promotions in accordance with liquor regulations.
5. Record, inform and provide recommendations to the company director/manager achieving the business KPI and make sure that the implementation of the plans should be supported for the growth of the business.
6. Ensure Till is attended at all times and all safety measures are strictly adhered to
7. Responding to customers inquiries and complaints about goods and services.
8. Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
9. Instructing staff on handling of difficult sales procedures.
10. Make sure that the appropriate action is taken on the returned goods.
11. Making sure that the products are correctly priced and displayed according to the categories.

• Must have a LCQ certificate or be able to obtain one immediately.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience.
• We require a clean police record and drug testing if required.
