The role:You will be providing the highest level of service to our customers, therefore we will be looking for a solid history of you achieving this in previous roles in a parts environment. Bringing your sense of humour will help, as well as doing your bit as a valued team member.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing face-to-face, over the phone and email support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right product and service information to meet their requirements
- Interpret & process incoming purchase orders for efficient dispatch
- Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met
- Quote enquiries, monitor sales orders daily
- Provie parts support our service department
- Inform customers of their orders progress, maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
- Be committed to providing a quality service to internal and external customers and suppliers
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a parts department environment
- High levels of accuracy and be detail orientated
- A proven understanding of the importance of great customer service
- Be a computer savvy individual who is confident to learn and use multiple systems
- Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work without direct supervision
