What You'll Be Doing

As our Administration Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting management and leading a high-performing admin team. You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supervising the administration team
  • Managing workflow and ensuring timely delivery of financial and administrative reporting
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Overseeing accurate data record-keeping and compliance with business rules
  • Training and mentoring admin staff to meet company procedures and standards
  • Improving admin processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with HSEQ responsibilities and company policies
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience supervising administrative teams
  • Strong financial administration and reporting background
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to lead a team with confidence
  • Qualification in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the waste or transport industry (advantageous)
  • A current driver's licence is preferred
