Front of House Staff

We are looking for a new Front of House team member to join our team. If you are a person who is hardworking and can help us deliver outstanding customer service for our guests then we would love to hear from you.

This role is a part time role with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours a week. There is the possibility of more hours depending on the functions/gigs booked. The successful applicant must be available to work weekends and be over 18 years of age.

• Track record of outstanding customer service
• At least 2 years experience in a bar or restaurant setting.

• A person which a positive attitude who can ensure that our customers have a top quality experience within this iconic venue.
• Someone who can work well in a team and has great communication skills.
• Honest and hardworking.
• The successful candidate will show initiative and be willing to learn.
• Must be available for weekend work.

• Helps to manage all events, both in-house and out-of-house ensuring delivery exceeds expectations
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail – ensure memorable guest experiences
• Represents the company and brand in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner in all client, customer, and employee interactions both on-site and off-site.
